Sanjivani Business School (SBS) Dominates International Conference with Four Student Papers Selected for Scopus-Indexed Proceedings
In a groundbreaking achievement, Sanjivani Business School (SBS) emerges as the exclusive source of selected papers in an international conference organized by Sanjivani Group of Institutes in collaboration with IEEE, with the proceedings indexed in Scopus. Out of a pool of submissions, only four student, all from SBS, were chosen for their outstanding contributions. Naid Daruwale and Sakshi Gadhave presented “A Study on the Potential of AI in the Agriculture Sector in the Indian Context: Opportunities and Challenges,” while Amol Khandare and Saurabh Bhakare explored “A Study on Performance Appraisal and Employee Motivation Towards Higher Levels of Productivity in the Information Technology Industry.” This exceptional recognition not only underscores the academic prowess of SBS but also highlights its commitment to fostering cutting-edge research in collaboration with industry-relevant faculties, cementing its position as a hub for global academic excellence.
